Sugar Plums Policies

Sugar Plums by Lindsey is committed to providing the best possible customer service to anyone we do business with.

Shipping and Pick-up: We do our best to provide pick-up locations for orders placed in the Jackson, MS or Vickburg, MS areas. When this is not possible and shipping is required, you will be charged for the applicable shipping fees plus any other charges related to handling of shipped items. Calculation of these charges can include, but are not limited to, time and gas to travel to postal site, purchase of special boxes to pack items in (We are committed to providing high quality boxes so products are not damaged in transit.), cost of packing items, etc.

Handling of Rush Orders: Sugar Plums by Lindsey provides specialized items custom made to order. The general turnaround time for items is 1-2 weeks, depending on the number and intricacies of items ordered. Should you need an item sooner than the usual turnaround time, you can request this when placing your order. For rush orders, there will be additional handling fees that include, but are not limited to, cost of time to make rush orders, gas costs for additional supply runs, rush shipping, etc.

Quotes and Tracking: You will always be provided a full quote for your item and any shipping and handling fees prior to payment via an invoice sent to you through email. Once you approve the invoice, the order will be considered active and payment should be rendered immediately to begin processing. Upon request, tracking information for shipped items can be provided to you.

Payments: No items will be shipped until full payment has been received. No exceptions. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee, plus any applicable bank charges acquired. Once notified that your check was returned, full payment plus fees must be received in the form of cash or money order within 5 business days of notification. If payment is not received, debt will be turned over to collections.

Returns: All sales are final. If your item is damaged for some reason, a store credit will be issued once item has been returned and damage is determined to be at the fault of Sugar Plums by Lindsey.
